📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily bauxite mining operations, ensuring efficient and safe production.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute long-term operational plans.
• Utilize advanced mining software and tools to optimize production processes and data analysis.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote best practices and innovative solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in bauxite mining operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing mining operations and teams.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and environmental standards.
• Certification in Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with mining software such as Vulcan, Surpac, or similar tools.
• Leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence.
