As the Chief Transformation Officer, you will oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive transformation strategy that integrates digital technologies, data-driven decision-making, and best practices in public administration. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing large-scale projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives that align with the government's vision for a modern, efficient, and citizen-centric administration.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for digital and organizational transformation, including the adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing, AI, and data analytics.
• Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Collaborate with government agencies, private sector partners, and international organizations to drive innovation and best practices in public administration.
• Oversee the modernization of public services, including e-government initiatives, digital governance, and citizen engagement platforms.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the government, encouraging the adoption of agile methodologies and lean principles.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of transformation initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Represent the government at national and international forums, advocating for best practices in public administration and digital governance.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of transformation experts, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, organizational change management, or a similar role in the government or private sector.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, and best practices in public administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Change Management (e.g., ProSCI) is a plus.
• Knowledge of government processes, policies, and regulations in Indonesia is highly desirable.
