📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze production costs using SAP and Excel to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and maintain cost reports and budgets for the manufacturing division.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance profitability.
• Collaborate with production teams to gather and interpret cost data, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Participate in cost control activities, including variance analysis and cost allocation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to cost accounting.
• Provide support to the finance team in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing cost accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in SAP and Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
