As an Event Production Support, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, managing equipment, assisting with technical operations, and providing logistical support. You'll work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that every event runs smoothly, leaving a lasting impression on our clients and attendees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with event setup, including but not limited to, stage setup, AV equipment, and lighting.
• Manage and maintain event equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition throughout the event.
• Provide logistical support, including but not limited to, transportation, accommodation, and catering arrangements.
• Assist with technical operations, including but not limited to, sound, lighting, and video production.
• Work closely with the event team to ensure seamless event execution from start to finish.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Document event progress and provide regular updates to the event manager.
• Participate in post-event evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event production or a related field.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with event management software such as Cvent, Bizzabo, or Eventbrite is a plus.
• Knowledge of AV equipment and technical operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
