📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live streaming sessions on platforms like Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and YouTube Live to engage with our audience and promote our products.
• Create and curate engaging content, including product demonstrations, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes looks, to enhance our digital presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement live streaming strategies that drive customer engagement and sales.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, providing product recommendations, and building a loyal community around our brand.
• Monitor and analyze live streaming performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future sessions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and digital content creation.
• Assist in the development of content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent and high-quality live streaming sessions.
• Participate in photo and video shoots to create promotional content for our products and brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in live streaming, content creation, or a related role.
• Proven experience in creating engaging and high-quality digital content for various platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse audience.
• Proficiency in using live streaming software and tools such as OBS Studio, Streamlabs, or similar.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
