As a Padel Court Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our padel courts, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. You'll work closely with our team of coaches, staff, and maintenance personnel to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 7,500,000 - Rp 10,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our padel courts, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of coaches, staff, and maintenance personnel.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain court equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in top condition.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive and professional response.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to enhance our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sports facility management or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong knowledge of operational and maintenance procedures for sports facilities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel between our facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
