Hotel Budi Shop is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the hotel's inventory is well-stocked and that suppliers are reliable and efficient. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, from supplier selection to order placement and delivery.,Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure that all purchases comply with the hotel's policies and procedures.,Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the hotel.,Attend to any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work with suppliers.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
