📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs,Screen and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant HR software,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers
