📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Manage the company's budgeting process, including forecasting, planning, and monitoring.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met and exceeded.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and financial reporting.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
