Sehati Wati Dental Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our kitchen operations, ensuring that our food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a full-time position based in Boyolali, Jawa Tengah, with a competitive salary of Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 8.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and specifications.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Lead and manage a team of line cooks and kitchen staff.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.,Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to lead and manage a team of kitchen staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
