Bintoro Sinergi Korpora is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Construction Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating costs for residential construction projects, including luxury and mid-tier homes. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate and competitive estimates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for residential construction projects.,Analyzing project specifications, drawings, and material lists to determine construction costs.,Collaborating with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure estimates are feasible and aligned with project goals.,Reviewing and approving change orders and additional work to maintain project budgets.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Providing regular progress reports and updates to project stakeholders.,Mentoring and training junior estimators to ensure the continued success of the team.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and cost-saving opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction estimating, preferably in luxury and mid-tier homes.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and industry standards.,Proficiency in using estimating software and tools such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Procore.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
