📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and commercial invoices.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation.,Maintain and update shipping records and databases.,Assist in the organization and scheduling of shipments, including tracking and monitoring.,Provide administrative support to the shipping department, including data entry and filing.,Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries and issues related to shipping.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a shipping or administrative role, preferably in the airfreight industry.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with shipping software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
