📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow the client base for Mekari Expense, focusing on SMB segments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Mekari Expense.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the SMB or spend management sector.
• Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive client success.
• Familiarity with Mekari Expense or similar spend management solutions is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings and events.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
