Accountant (Akuntan) - Financial Reporting & General Ledger Specialist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing financial data and providing insights.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Monitor and maintain financial records using SAP and Oracle.
• Provide financial support to the executive team, including ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting and general ledger management.
• Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and familiar with IFRS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with SAP and Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in financial reporting or a related field is a plus.
