Ever Supermarket is seeking a dedicated Audit Staff to join our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across our back-office and branch operations. As an Audit Staff at Ever Supermarket, you will work closely with our finance team to conduct regular audits, reconcile accounts, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and providing recommendations for process improvements. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per bulan and a chance to grow within a dynamic and supportive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular audits of financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, and prepare monthly financial reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting standards.
Provide support to the finance team during month-end and quarter-end processes.
Collaborate with branch managers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably in a retail or supermarket environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.
Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards is a plus.
