Ember Lestari is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR team in managing various HR functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices and be able to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Support the HR team in managing employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document management and data entry.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
