Glow Village Indonesia is looking for a Deputy Staff Kitchen to join our team. As a Deputy Staff Kitchen, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen operations. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that our dishes are prepared to the highest quality and that our kitchen runs smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Assist in the preparation of ingredients and food items.,Help in the management of kitchen staff and their tasks.,Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.,Assist in the inventory management of kitchen supplies.,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
