Shop Point Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Team Leader to join our team in Magelang. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail operations and driving team performance.

As a Deputy Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of associates, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of associates, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in retail management or leadership preferred.
