📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Process reservations and handle guest inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle front desk operations, including cashier duties and guest billing.
  • Monitor security and safety measures at the front desk.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive guest experience.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to handle cash and make change accurately.
