Human Resource (HR) Specialist

PT TYS Consultation Group is seeking a dedicated Human Resource (HR) Specialist to join our team in Kalideres, Jakarta Raya. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our recruitment processes, maintaining HR databases, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
• Maintain and update HR databases using BambooHR.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
• Assist in talent management and succession planning.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a consulting firm.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
