In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.,Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and stay updated on market trends.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales methodologies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
