📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, ensuring high performance and morale.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store and company goals.,Provide remote support and assistance to other stores as needed.,Participate in training programs to enhance management and leadership skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successful store management and team leadership.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory control, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
