BOLT Corporindo is looking for a dynamic and friendly Waiter to join our team in Palembang. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Taking and recording food and beverage orders accurately.,Ensuring that orders are delivered promptly and correctly.,Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or complaints.,Maintaining a clean and well-organized dining area.,Assisting with cash handling and payment processing.,Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared correctly.,Promoting menu items and specials to encourage customer orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage terminology.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.,Friendly and professional demeanor.
