📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cash flow in the warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors.,Monitor and record all cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Prepare and submit financial reports, including cash reconciliation reports and bank deposits.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service and financial accuracy.,Resolve any discrepancies in cash transactions and work with relevant departments to address issues.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or financial role, preferably in a warehouse or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions, including cash handling, bank deposits, and financial reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients, vendors, and colleagues.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks or Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to financial transactions is a plus.
