📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the administrative and operational functions of the clinic.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Monitor and report on clinic performance, including financial and operational metrics.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and patients.,Ensure the availability and proper use of medical supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of administrative and operational procedures in a healthcare setting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and service quality.
