📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes.,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates to identify the best fit for our company.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the team.,Maintain a strong network with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve our hiring processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
