📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and assist sales staff to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Oversee cashier operations, including handling transactions, managing cash and inventory, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.,Train and mentor junior staff on sales techniques and cashier procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Maintain a clean and organized sales and cashier area.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or cashier roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
