📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of retail strategies to drive business growth.
• Support sales and marketing teams with data analysis and reporting using Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Assist in the management of retail operations, including inventory, logistics, and customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance your leadership and management skills.
• Contribute to the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or consumer products environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with retail software such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel and work in Bali.
