📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests and retail customers.,Promote and sell hotel products and services, including accommodations, dining, and activities.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the hotel's revenue growth.,Maintain a clean and organized retail area, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional events and campaigns.,Provide accurate and timely information to customers about hotel amenities, events, and special offers.,Assist in the management of the retail inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and well-organized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
