Sentral Dian Mart is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. As a Sales Assistant & Cashier, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process, and contributing to the overall sales performance of the store. This is a full-time position with immediate availability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information,Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area,Stock and organize products on the sales floor,Promote sales and special offers to customers,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or cashier role,Strong communication and customer service skills,Basic computer literacy,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems,Ability to meet daily and monthly sales targets
