Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and maintain a strong customer base by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential leads.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote products and services.Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to network and generate leads.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
