In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key accounts in the Flavor Business segment.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.,Develop and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts.,Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote ADM products and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry and ADM products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.
