📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance standards.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse team.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
