📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple stores in Bali, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, address issues, and provide coaching to staff.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive retail growth and enhance the customer experience.
• Manage and mentor a team of store managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with the central team to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Identify market trends and opportunities, proposing innovative solutions to drive store performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices in retail operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
