📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and triage patients arriving at the emergency department, prioritizing cases based on urgency and severity.
• Perform initial medical evaluations, including vital sign monitoring, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
• Administer emergency treatments and medications as prescribed by the attending physician.
• Coordinate with our specialized departments, such as radiology, surgery, and intensive care, to ensure seamless and comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient histories, treatment plans, and outcomes using electronic health records (EHR) like Medis or similar systems.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning, ensuring patients understand their treatment options and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with the emergency department team to maintain a safe and efficient workflow, adhering to hospital protocols and emergency medical guidelines.
• Participate in staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Emergency Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency medicine or a related clinical setting.
• Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or equivalent.
• Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of emergency medical protocols and procedures.
