📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and clients.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage and track sales performance using CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales and marketing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Certification in sales or marketing (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, Google Ads Certified) is a plus.
