• Oversee end-to-end import operations, including supplier relationships, logistics, and quality control.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize demand generation and accelerate revenue growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of import specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of import strategies, from sourcing to distribution.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the import and food industry.
• Drive innovation and excellence in the food industry by implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent Orang Tua Group at industry events and conferences to build relationships and enhance our brand positioning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in import operations, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and international trade laws.
• Proficient in using import management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
