📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of road infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet national and international standards.
• Oversee the development of project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with government agencies, private sector partners, and local communities to facilitate project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to build trust and secure project support.
• Represent BBInfra in industry forums and conferences to promote our projects and initiatives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to foster professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in road infrastructure development, with a proven track record in project management.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Familiarity with road design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international road construction standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility in infrastructure development.
