📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process monthly payroll for 81 Property Management Inc. employees using SAP Payroll System.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
- Manage employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including payroll setup and termination.
- Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of company policies related to payroll and benefits.
- Provide payroll-related support to managers and employees.
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in SAP Payroll System or similar payroll software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll best practices.
